Within JadeScape are 7 residential towers of up to 23 floors, forming a total of 1206 residential units. You can see the distribution of units from the elevation chart.
The concept of Jadescape initiated from the idea of “Returning”. Families return home from work and school to serenity, to nature, to wonder. As one of the new mega projects in Singapore, this development boasts of full condominium facilities, with two 50m swimming pools, two tennis courts, two gyms, BBQ pits, a kids pool area and a children’s playground. The 1 to 5 bedroom well-thought-out layouts (see floor plan) are designed to face Northwards or Southwards, with excellent views of the Thomson Garden landed estate and Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park to the North, and the MacRitchie Reservoir Park to the South.
To cater to larger families who need more space, there are two unique Penthouses at Blocks 10 and 12, which are the most private towers in JadeScape.

Jadescape Neighbouring Estates
The development of Bishan town started in 1983 and became the first new town in Singapore to depart from the brutalist design seen in the earlier Housing and Development Board (HDB) towns. Instead of slab-like housing blocks constructed in uniform rows, residential blocks in Bishan varied in height and were often dislocated. Flats within the town also showcased pitched roofs which have since being closely associated with the skyline of Bishan. The town is also home to 3 of Singapore’s most prestigious educational institutions: Catholic High School, Raffles Girls’ School, and Raffles Institution. That’s one key reason JadeScape units are well sought after. You can see what the available units for sale currently if you will also like to stay within Bishan.
Bishan is also famous for its nature parks, like the MacRitchie Reservoir Park. It has a popular attraction known as the HSBC TreeTop Walk, a 250-meter aerial free-standing suspension bridge stretching from Bukit Kalang to Bukit Peirce. The structure allows visitors a panoramic view of Upper Pierce Reservoir and the surrounding lush rainforest.
Shopping Malls Around Jadescape
Thomson Plaza is the earliest shopping mall to serve the Upper Thomson / Bishan residents starting from 1979. It was recently refurbished and now house a Fairprice Finest Supermarket, many cafes, restaurants, children enrichment centers and other much needed amenities. The popular Japanese restaurant Omote is in this shopping mall. JadeScape residents can easily reach Thomson Plaza in 5 minutes drive, or within 10 minutes by bus which is available in front of the condominium.
Junction 8 is located next to Bishan MRT station, and so is the most popular mall in Bishan, other than a supermarket, restaurants and banks, it also has a cinema and a departmental store named BHG. JadeScape residents can easily reach this mall in about 5 minutes drive too, making the JadeScape location really convenient for getting daily necessities.
MacRitchie Reservoir Park
As the more well known nature reserve in Singapore, the MacRitchie Reservoir Park is a popular park among Singaporeans, and residents living on the higher floor (see elevation chart) can see its vast greenery from their home. Residents can walk along the the HSBC TreeTop Walk, a popular 250 m aerial free-standing suspension bridge that stretches from Bukit Peirce to Bukit Kalang, which are the two highest points in MacRitchie. The structure, which is 25 meters high at the peak, offers visitors a panoramic view of the surrounding lush rainforest and Upper Pierce Reservoir. The 4.8 km and 3.2 km trails are still widely used today as cross-country running routes for various inter-school competitions.
Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park
As one of the largest urban parks in Singapore, the Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park was designed around a former de-concretised canal and naturalised into a meandering 3-km river with gently sloping grassy banks. With lush wildflowers along both sides of the river and open lawns spread around the park, residents of JadeScape can have picnics and evening strolls in the park.
